By using Geoptiq services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.
Geoptiq is a SaaS platform that measures, analyzes, and optimizes brands' visibility on AI search engines. Services are provided via web app and API.
The security of your account is your responsibility. Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
You may not use our services for the following purposes:
- Illegal activities
- Infringing the rights of third parties
- Attempting unauthorized access to the system
- Automated data scraping
- Generating spam or malicious content
Paid plans are billed monthly or quarterly. Prices are listed on our website and may be changed with 30 days' prior notice.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the start of each billing cycle; this window resets at each subscription renewal date. Consumers resident in the European Union and the United Kingdom on quarterly plans retain the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. If the user has actively started using the Service within this period, a pro-rated deduction may apply to the portion consumed.
The Geoptiq platform, design, code, and content belong to Geoptiq. Your analysis results and your data belong to you. You may freely use the reports you generate with our services.
Geoptiq provides AI-based visibility analysis services. The quality and accuracy of analysis outputs depend on:
- The quality of user-provided brand, competitor, and keyword inputs,
- The output behavior of third-party LLM providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok),
- Algorithmic changes by those platforms.
Geoptiq makes no guarantee of a specific search ranking, visibility score, or marketing impact. LLM-based outputs may contain errors, misattributions, or hallucinations. Reports are informational and should not be used alone for strategic, legal, or financial decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". No express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or merchantability, are given. Geoptiq is not responsible for third-party AI platform behavior, API outages, or response times.
The 99.5% uptime figure is an availability target, not a binding warranty. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Unplanned outages are reported on our status page. Outages caused by third-party providers (GCP, Stripe, LLM APIs) are excluded from this target.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geoptiq's total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including data loss, lost profits, business interruption) are excluded from Geoptiq's liability.
Liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including gross negligence, willful misconduct, and non-waivable statutory obligations — is preserved.
The user agrees to indemnify Geoptiq against third-party claims, demands, and expenses arising from their use of the Service in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
Features labeled "beta", "preview", or "experimental" are outside the SLA. Such features may be changed, removed, or separately priced without notice. Geoptiq is not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by the use of beta features.
Geoptiq reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect via email and in-product notifications. Continued use of the Service after the notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. A user who does not accept the new Terms may cancel their subscription before the next renewal date.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (England and Wales). Without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to consumers resident in the Republic of Türkiye, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London. Consumers resident in Türkiye may also apply to the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Boards or their local competent courts.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from this Agreement in good faith through negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, the parties may proceed to the competent courts identified above.
