Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the "Try Free" button on the homepage and sign up with email or your Google account. Once registration is complete, welcome credits are added to your balance and a 3-day free trial begins.

How do I start my first analysis?

After logging in to the dashboard, click "New Analysis". Enter your keyword, your brand name, and an optional list of competitors, then select the target AI platforms and press "Start". The analysis runs in the background; you'll get an email notification when it's ready.

Which AI platforms are supported?

ChatGPT (GPT-4o, GPT-5), Google Gemini (1.5 Pro, 2.0 Flash), Perplexity (Sonar and Online models), Anthropic Claude (3.5 Sonnet), xAI Grok, and Microsoft Copilot are supported. The list expands as new models launch.

How long is the free trial?

Every new user gets a 3-day full-access trial along with 10 analysis + 2 content + 2 audit credits. After the trial ends, you can continue in limited mode without adding credits or choosing a plan.

How does the credit system work?

Every analysis, content generation, GEO audit, and simulation is deducted from separate credit pools. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; top-ups are available via Stripe. Your credit balance is visible at the top of the dashboard at all times.

Which industries is this for?

SaaS, e-commerce, B2B services, healthcare, education, finance, and digital marketing agencies are the main audiences, but the platform is sector-agnostic. Industry-specific templates are available on the Enterprise plan.

Analysis & Reporting

How is the AI Visibility Score calculated?

The score is a weighted blend of mention frequency, position, sentiment, and competitor comparison across the AI platforms you selected. It is presented as a single 0-100 value, and the contribution of each underlying metric is shown transparently in the report.

How often are reports updated?

Manual analyses run on demand. Scheduled analyses via Tracker run weekly or monthly and deliver results via email plus in-platform notifications.

How does competitor analysis work?

You can add up to 10 competitor brands when starting an analysis. The system uses the same prompt set to compute each competitor's visibility score, position, and SOV, and returns comparative charts plus a gap analysis.

Can I export analysis results?

Yes. Every report can be downloaded in PDF, CSV, or JSON format. The Enterprise plan adds webhook and API-based automated integration options.

How are prompts varied?

Every analysis automatically generates 15-30 prompt variations from your core keyword. Variations cover different question structures, intents, and language tones, so you're not tied to the quirks of a single prompt.

How is result consistency ensured?

Each prompt is run at least three times and the outputs are combined with a statistical confidence interval. We also keep independent replay counts per model and surface the variance figure on each result page.

Account & Billing

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can move between Starter, Growth, and Business at any time. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

How do I cancel?

Go to Account Settings > Subscription and cancel in one click. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued, but credits remain available for 12 months as long as you don't delete your account.

How do I update my billing info?

From Account Settings > Billing you can update company name, tax ID, address, and billing email. Changes take effect from the next billing period onward.

What is the refund policy?

We offer an unconditional 14-day refund on your first purchase. Unused credit packs can be refunded at any time; used credits are non-refundable.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit. Enterprise customers can also pay annually via bank transfer.

Is VAT charged?

UK purchases include 20% VAT. EU business customers are on reverse-charge (VAT is removed when a valid VAT ID is provided). Purchases from Turkey and other jurisdictions follow local tax rules.

Technical

How do I get API access?

API access is included in the Business and Enterprise plans. From Account Settings > API you can generate an API key and configure rate-limit settings. Full documentation is available in the dashboard.

Is webhook supported?

Yes. You can receive webhook notifications when an analysis completes, when your visibility score changes significantly, or when competitor movements are detected. Webhooks activate once your endpoint is verified in settings.

How is data secured?

All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS and stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Database-level at-rest encryption, regular security audits, and role-based access control are enforced. We follow SOC 2-aligned practices.

What about browser compatibility?

The platform is fully supported on the last two major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Viewing and reading are optimised on mobile; for heavy admin workflows we recommend desktop.

Is there an SLA?

The Business plan includes a 99.5% monthly uptime SLA. Enterprise offers a 99.9% SLA and a 4-hour incident response commitment. For real-time status, see our /status page.

Can I add my own models?

Self-serve custom model plug-in is not yet available, but we do support private LLM integrations for Enterprise customers — including self-hosted and privately licensed models. Get in touch with our sales team to discuss.
